What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time-management method created by Francesco Cirillo. You work in focused 25-minute sessions called pomodoros, then take a short 5-minute break. After four pomodoros, you take a longer 15โ30 minute break. Short, timed sprints help you beat procrastination, stay focused and avoid burnout.
